Job description

Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 annually - Remote or Onsite in Henderson, NV

We cannot hire residents of California or New York at this time.

The Problem Worth Solving

Pool and landscape designers spend 2-3 days manually estimating project costs after completing a design. They're working from spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and gut feel, on top of software they already paid for that contains every measurement, material, and specification they need.

We're ending that.

Structure Studios builds the industry-standard 3D design software. We have proprietary data no one else has. We've built the engine that turns a completed 3D design into a full cost estimate in under 7 minutes. The MVP is 80% complete.

Now we need the PM who gets it the rest of the way, into customers' hands, and starts building what comes next.

This Role

The MVP is structurally sound. What it needs now is a PM who will spend time with customers, shape the final product design and feature set, lead the initial rollout with our hand-selected accounts, and then take ownership of feature prioritization and roadmap planning as we scale.

You’ll sit at the intersection of customer insight, engineering direction, and product quality. You’ll work closely with the CEO and have real influence over what gets built and when. Decisions will be customer-informed, and you’ll be the one driving the evidence behind them.

What You'll Own
Phase 1 — Customer and Product Mastery
  • Deeply understand the product and the user flow
  • Interview customers currently doing this manually to surface friction, objections, and workflow reality
  • Work with engineering to finalize and ship the MVP
Phase 2 — Controlled Rollout
  • Roll out to our hand selected accounts with hands-on onboarding
  • Lead structured feedback cycles
  • Prioritize what gets fixed, what gets deferred, and what changes the roadmap
Phase 3 — Scale
  • Design and refine in-product onboarding flows that get new users to value quickly
  • Own roadmap prioritization as the customer base grows
  • Collaborate with marketing on product positioning
  • Lead discovery and planning for major new modules already on the horizon — this product has a significant roadmap ahead of it.
Why This Could Be Your Biggest Opportunity as a PM

First Mover Advantage. Workflow automation like this already exists in other industries, but it has not yet been applied effectively to ours. One reason is that the underlying data is owned by us.

Existing Customer Base. We are not starting from scratch. We are solving a meaningful, expensive problem for customers who already know and trust us.

Established Company. Structure Studios has been profitable for years and has a highly tenured team. Our average developer has been with the company for more than nine years. We take a long-term approach.

Validated Demand. We know our customers well and have spoken with them directly about this problem. It is a real pain point, and they are willing to pay for the right solution.

A Data Moat. This product is possible because of the proprietary 3D design data we have built over many years.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years in SaaS product roles, with at least one full launch cycle
  • Hands-on vertical SaaS or workflows
  • Strong customer interview and discovery skills
  • High execution speed with sound judgment under ambiguity
  • You actively use AI tools in your workflow and look for ways to apply them to product problems
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Construction estimating, takeoffs, bids, job costing, price lists/catalogs, proposals, contracts, change orders, or adjacent contractor / field-service workflow software
  • Outdoor living, construction, architecture, landscape, remodeling, or other design-to-price domains
  • Strong understanding of products SMBs use
  • 0→1 or early-stage SaaS: shaped the product, shipped the first useful version, and stayed through early customer adoption
Hiring Process

Our interview process is quick and to the point. You'll talk with the founders from the very first call, which means we can wrap up the entire process in days rather than weeks.

  • 25-min call with the CEO to discuss background, experience, and career goals; answer questions; and get take-home exercise so we can understand how you solve problems
  • 50-min review of a past project with Backend Architect
  • 50-min culture + product sense interview with Director of Operations
  • Welcome to our awesome team!
A Note On What We Are

We are a lean, profitable company that has grown by staying focused. Interesting problems, a tight and capable team, real authority over a product that solves a genuine customer pain, and a company that has never laid anyone off. The people here stay because the work is worth staying for.

Structure Studios builds VizTerra, Pool Studio, and Vip3D, the leading 3D design platforms for outdoor living professionals. We're headquartered in Las Vegas, NV and have been building industry-defining software for over 20 years.
