The Product: Core & Connectivity

Our Core platform includes properties, calendar, messaging, metrics, operations, and guest experience. The Connectivity component involves integrations with major online travel agencies like Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Travel, and VRBO. Our more than 16,000 customers rely on our products to manage over $300M in monthly reservations.

Responsibilities

We deliver value by simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to save our customers time. Your role is to keep our product aligned with our mission.

• Drive outcomes and own results for a multi-million dollar business line
• Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking it into rapidly shippable projects
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and teams to shape requirements and features
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans based on customer interactions and feedback
• Partner with sales, support, and engineering to ship impactful features and products
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Prioritize tasks, set execution pace, and balance engineering costs with business impact
• Suggest ways to track product usage and impact
• Actively seek opportunities to innovate and expand our product base

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the short-term rental industry
