Job summary

Webflow seeks a Senior Product Manager, Code, to own how people extend Webflow with code, whether developers write it themselves or AI agents write it alongside them. You will lead the Code surfaces that bring code-based primitives into Webflow and keep them in sync with the rest of the platform.

Location: Remote-first (Argentina). This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Director of Product Management, Develop.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Business‑level fluency to read, write and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Build for developers and AI agents alike, design surfaces for developers who work in code and AI agents that write it as first‑class users.
• Own the roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces, leading products that let developers and agents extend Webflow with code starting with code components.
• Define what 'good' means for extensibility, setting the quality bar for developer‑grade extensibility and keeping visual product and real code faithful to each other as changes occur.
• Make it all work as one by sequencing work and building shared primitives rather than duplicating efforts.
• Contribute to strategy and ship it, shaping where the area goes and turning it into a deliverable roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Get into the code: prototype, read and reason about code, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp technical calls.
• Place durable bets in a shifting landscape as developer tooling and AI‑assisted coding evolve.
