CVS Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape internal cloud infrastructure products and drive strategy for self-service experiences that empower engineering teams. You will own multi-team backlogs and partner with engineering, architecture, and platform leaders to deliver value across a major cloud engineering domain.

This senior individual contributor role requires strong technical fluency, cross-functional influence, and the ability to align near-term execution with broader platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in cloud, platform, infrastructure, developer platform, or related product domains.
• 3+ years across multi-cloud and hybrid environments with cloud tooling like Terraform or GitHub Actions.
• 3+ years of infrastructure automation experience.
• 3+ years partnering across engineering, architecture, and platform stakeholders.
• 3+ years in an agile framework using Jira, Rally, or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy for internal infrastructure platforms.
• Own complex, cross-functional roadmaps and backlogs across multiple engineering teams.
• Lead automated/self-service infrastructure experiences for internal users, including AI agents.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, platform teams to align priorities and direction.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term evolution and manage risks.
• Strengthen product discipline and operating rigor with clear practices and frameworks.
