Job summary

Amazon Aurora team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define seamless user experiences across Aurora, from getting started to query execution, including new AI-powered capabilities. You will craft business requirements and champion customer needs with engineering, UX, and partner teams.

You will own the lifecycle from concept through go-to-market, influence enterprise and AWS customers, and shape roadmaps for a fast-growing cloud-native data platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience (software, IT, or related).
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products from concept to GTM.

Responsibilities

• Create the product strategy for Aurora that addresses Enterprise needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Define requirements, drive roadmaps, and align with sales, partners, and field teams.
• Lead GTM planning and enablement for sales, SAs, Pro Serve, and partners.
• Drive customer-driven opportunities and establish success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to innovate with AWS and cloud-native capabilities.
