Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, support, and product development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Expertise in messaging, streaming and/or data security products.
• Experience engaging senior leaders to define strategy and set priorities.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to influence product design.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience building resilient, scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

• Translate user needs into a strategic product roadmap with measurable business value.
