Recidiviz is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact, mission-driven product work in a small, fast-moving nonprofit environment. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and justice-system partners to shape roadmaps, ship products, and iterate quickly with scrappy execution and strategic insight.

You are a proven product leader with 5+ years of experience, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about making criminal justice more humane and effective.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management building user-facing software.
• Strong product sense and strategic intuition to see the big picture and sweat the details.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity with imperfect data.
• Proven ability to collaborate with complex stakeholder relationships with empathy and clarity.
• Scrappy, hands-on attitude; willing to roll up sleeves and innovate within constraints.
• Technical fluency; able to work closely with engineers and understand architecture.
• Passion for the mission to improve the criminal justice system.
• Willing to travel: 10-25% domestically across the US (1-3 trips per quarter).
