Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the active and structural ceramic product line, guiding strategy from roadmap through execution. You will translate customer, market, and technical requirements into actionable plans that drive growth and profitability.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure products are commercially compelling, technically differentiated, and aligned with Fralock’s priorities across high-reliability markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management within engineered materials or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with ceramic materials and semiconductor components.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product specifications and execution plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and commercial execution for active and structural ceramic products.
• Align Engineering, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain around product priorities and lifecycle management.
• Support customer engagements, new business opportunities, product realization, and production readiness.
• Drive margin, quality, and operational execution to maximize customer value.
