Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Originations product and its performance, driving profitable new-account growth, conversion and customer experience from a customer’s first interaction with Zopa through onboarding.

You’ll partner closely with Credit, who own credit strategy, customer selection and pricing, and work with engineering, fraud operations and partners to deliver a smooth onboarding journey.

The Originations team owns the experience and capabilities that take a customer from a customer's first interaction with Zopa through application, decisioning and onboarding bringing together engineering, credit, fraud operations and partners.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the Originations product and its performance - driving profitable new-account growth, conversion and customer experience from a customer's first interaction with Zopa through to onboarding.
