Here are just a few examples of our current Product Management roles: * **Discover Card Integration:** Shape and optimize the end-to-end journey for 30M+ Discover cardholders, setting the strategy for our integrated cardholder experience.* **Card Site**: The intersection of performance marketing and product design, crafting personalized digital journeys that immediately engage users searching for top credit cards.* **Conversions:** Streamline card portfolio onboarding and leverage AI tools to ensure seamless access to historical documents for customers and agents.* **Offer Experiences**: Ensuring every customer sees the right offer at the exact right moment in their shopping journey. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
