Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager in McLean, VA who will own the card offer experience across digital and in-store channels. You will collaborate with partners in design, tech, marketing and business units to deliver targeted customer experiences and high-impact feature rollouts.

You’ll develop roadmaps, prioritize features, and work in an agile environment to drive innovation and growth in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
At least 1 year of product management or related experience (design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
Preferred: degree in computer science or engineering; 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer digital products; 1+ years on core product platforms; 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner.

Responsibilities

Own the card offer experience across digital and in-store channels, collaborating with partners across business, design, tech, product, marketing and brands.
Build and launch targeted customer experiences and feature rollouts; drive offer relevancy and conversion with real-time experimentation.
Develop and communicate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and align with stakeholders.
