This role focuses on streamlining workflows, improving media and data integrations, and driving listing performance.

You will lead initiatives that empower listers to create high-quality, high-converting listings with ease, collaborating with design and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering industry-leading products.
• Experience in commercial real estate and working with brokers, owners, or listing platforms.
• Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and adoption.
• Familiarity with real estate data standards and integrations.
• Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Base Compensation: $107,000.00 - $181,000.00 (Annually)
