The Product team builds innovative solutions to guide users through complex challenges of small business management, with expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, and HRTech. Product Managers lead collaborative efforts across engineering, design, data, operations, and customer teams to deliver value.

About the Role / What You’ll Work On

The Benefits team empowers small businesses to offer attractive benefits and perks, simplifying complex decisions and streamlining administration across various offerings.

As a Senior Product Manager of Benefits, you will drive the roadmap for your pod(s), scope and prioritize initiatives, and oversee the full product development lifecycle to delivery. You will balance customer-facing and internal concerns, optimize outcomes, and foster team collaboration.

You will operate independently within your scope, clearly articulating your decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for your Benefits pod(s).
• Conduct research to inform product decisions.
• Demonstrate expertise in the PDLC and connect insights to outcomes.
• Scope, prioritize, and execute impactful projects.
• Partner with Design and Engineering, leading team processes.
• Communicate engineering concerns and tradeoffs effectively.
• Foster team camaraderie and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue opportunities beyond core responsibilities.

Qualifications
