Job summary

Houzz is seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to join its Houzz Pro team. You will own key product areas end to end, turning complex operational workflows into intuitive experiences for professionals who rely on Houzz Pro daily.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive growth, improve retention, and ship high-impact features. A strong analytical mindset and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows.
• Collaborative leadership across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support.
• Analytical use of product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design workflows that reflect how Pros run their businesses in real-world use.
• Partner with PMs across Houzz Pro and with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver a connected experience.
• Write crisp PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead planning to ship high-impact features boosting Pro efficiency and retention.
• Define and track core performance metrics in collaboration with Data Science.
• Turn complex multi-step processes into intuitive experiences that Pros love using every day.
