Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Advisor, Product Management to lead the B2B portal strategy, focusing on Salesforce Experience Cloud, self-service workflows, and AI-enabled service opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Care, Servicing, Sales Support, Product, and Analytics to deliver scalable portal capabilities and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations and self-service models.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B portal capabilities, focusing on Salesforce Experience Cloud and AI-enabled service opportunities.
• Collaborate with service leaders to translate pain points into scalable portal features and measurable outcomes.
• Lead backlog enrichment, sprint planning, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs for portal adoption, efficiency, and customer impact to inform prioritization.
