• Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and risk/compliance constraints.
• Produce and maintain high-quality requirements artifacts (functional and non-functional) ready for implementation and validation.
• Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to craft and validate requirements for clarity and testability.
• Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk/control partners.
