Job summary

Capital One seeks a Product Manager to drive an Anti-Money Laundering platform, translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products. You will lead product discovery, prototyping, and delivery while shaping the multi-year transformation of Enterprise Risk Management. A quantitative or business degree is required, with PM experience as an alternative.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the degree obtained by start date.
Alternatively, Bachelor's with 4+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products preferred.

Responsibilities

Launch new features for an AML platform and ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with Data and Technology to deliver value aligned to team mission and vision.
Use AI tools in product discovery, prototyping and delivery workflows.
Develop the product roadmap for the platform.
Lead multi-year transformation of Enterprise Risk Management across the company.
Demonstrate transformational leadership and integrated, business-focused product practices.
