Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Product Manager for Alternative Investments in Cary, NC. You will serve as the product expert for retail alternative investment solutions within the Pooled Asset Solutions team, translating complex workflows into scalable software and partnering with engineering and clients in an Agile setting.

You will define capabilities, analyze requirements, document BRDs and use cases, and drive end-to-end delivery while advancing BetaNXT's product and partnership strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience with retail alternative investments and related workflows is essential.
• Strong understanding of agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the alternative investments space and define product capabilities.
• Contribute to the BetaNXT Alternative Investments roadmap and support system development.
• Design and document BRDs, use cases, workflows, and gap analyses.
• Develop deep expertise in retail alternative investments and partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering in an Agile environment to deliver features iteratively.
• Lead business testing and QA through product releases.
• Maintain client relationships and manage change requests with clients.
• Support sales and marketing with feature definitions and milestone tracking.
