Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC, within the Alexa Ambient Computing Technologies team, seeks a technical product manager to drive deep requirements and partnerships with engineering and partner teams. You will shape roadmaps and translate complex AI/API concepts into actionable plans.

You should bring 5+ years of product or program management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record delivering technical products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree field (required).
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and align product vision with business goals, and develop the product roadmap to achieve the product vision and business results.
• Collaborate with engineering partners and internal product management partners to identify detailed product requirements and manage feature release schedules, risks, and trade-offs.
• Influence technical design in partnership with engineering teams across Alexa and Amazon to ensure technology choices are aligned to our needs, and ensure product re-usability and avoid redundancies.
• Develop testing and communication plans for feature releases, including partner onboarding workflows and change management strategies.
