Majestic Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the AI software stack, compiler ecosystem, and server‑system software at the intersection of data center infrastructure and AI compute. You will own the compiler roadmap, runtimes, and deep learning framework integrations to deliver seamless developer experiences for cloud infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Education: MS or PhD in CS/EE/Math/Physics is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of PM or software systems engineering with compiler/ML infra shipping experience.
• Deep CUDA, Triton, and high‑performance parallel computing knowledge.
• Familiar with HPC scale‑out infrastructures and distributed memory systems.
• Experience in accelerated software, cloud, or startup AI compute groups (NVIDIA, Google, AWS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into PRDs, specs, and feature definitions.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and release plans across multiple teams.
• Define compiler/toolchain requirements and roadmap.
• Lead framework integrations for PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, SGLang, and Optimum.
• Define high‑performance kernel optimization and multi‑node scale‑out workstreams.
• Advocate for developer UX and reduce need for custom scripts or hacks.
