Job summary

Majestic Labs is building next-gen AI infrastructure and accelerates the delivery of large-scale AI workloads. We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the AI software stack, compiler platform, and server system software, driving adoption across developers and cloud teams.

You will own the compiler roadmap, runtime engines, and framework integrations to translate model representations into optimized execution paths on the Ignite APU, shaping an expansive product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS/EE/Math/Physics required.
• 5–8 years in product management or software systems engineering.
• Deep CUDA/Triton and parallel computation knowledge.
• Familiarity with HPC scale-out infrastructures and distributed systems.
• Experience at accelerated software/cloud/startup environments (NVIDIA/Meta/Google/AWS/SambaNova/Lightning AI).

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, engineering, and business requirements into PRDs, technical specs, and feature definitions.
• Develop detailed product schedules, milestone plans, and release timelines across multiple engineering teams.
• Define requirements for compiler toolchain and AI model compilation workflows.
• Lead integrations with major ML frameworks and runtimes ensuring native support without customer code changes.
• Define performance optimization roadmap for low-level operator libraries and kernels.
• Specify clustering and multi-node scale-out configurations for scalable deployments.
• Advocate for developer experience and reduce need for manual memory management or hacky integrations.
