Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Personalized Guidance, Peloton IQ features that power member wellbeing and motivation across devices and apps.

You will own the vision for leveraging user data and fitness expertise to provide personalized coaching to millions of Members, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Content and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class digital wellness experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management with AI/ML focus.
• Experience with search, metadata, ML-based recommendations.
• Experience shipping consumer AI products and conversational interfaces.
• Ability to translate expert needs into strategy and features.
• Strong UX sense and feedback handling.
• Self-starter, autonomous, detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy and execution for Personalized Guidance features, creating innovative product experiences that drive engagement and improve fitness outcomes.
• Partner with Content and Marketing to align content programming with product features that help current members get the most value from their membership and attract new subscribers.
• Work with Fitness Experts, User Research and Analytics to develop a deep understanding of both our Members and the fitness space to ensure the product roadmap is grounded in user needs and fitness science.
• Define and monitor success metrics and offer data-driven insights to inspire new features and experiments that increase engagement.
• Collaborate closely with other Software PMs to ensure a holistic connected experience across features and content types.
• Drive features to launch by translating product requirements into engineering requirements and testing criteria, performing User Acceptance Testing and designing experiments in collaboration with Engineering, Program Management and Analytics partners.
