Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Google Search Growth in Mountain View, CA. You will own the end-to-end experiences of the Share System across Search, driving 0-to-1 leadership and shaping the roadmap for Share and Live Notifications.

You will work at the intersection of consumer growth and ML, designing AI-sharing paradigms while collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable products for billions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• 3 years of experience working with consumer growth products.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Share System within Google Search.
• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds.
• Drive the search-wide product roadmap for Share and Live Notifications with a 0-to-1 leadership stance.
• Analyze data to build a compelling case for product decisions and align cross-functional teams.
