Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help our clients define, deliver, and scale AI-powered products and platforms—from internal productivity tools to client-facing innovations grounded in real-world use cases, human-centered design, and responsible AI practices, in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities include leading a collaborative, cross-functional, high-performance team working with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable GenAI applications that solve high-impact problems, deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet market demands, and drive business results.

Qualifications

Expected:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years working on AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architecture, and generative design patterns.
• Experience collaborating to ship AI-powered products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including data science, ML engineering, analytics, and UX/CX teams.
• Experience using data and analytics tools, with well-developed intuitions for leveraging data in decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with open-source AI stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face), cloud AI services (Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI), and compliance frameworks (GDPR, AI Act).
• Strong analytics skills and experience with visualization tools.
• Business and digital strategy experience.
• Ability to identify organizational and process changes to realize solution benefits.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $117,000 - $175,000
