Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS product management, consulting, pre-sales, or customer success experience.
• 8+ years cross-functional experience with customers, product development, marketing and customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and priorities.
• Embody a continuous delivery mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
• Influence product vision and drive roadmap execution.
• Drive solution design for each release based on requirements and architecture.
• Guide product teams toward high-value outcomes and adoption.
• Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders and customers.
