Job summary

Topline Pro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead a core product within our Boston or New York office. You will own the roadmap and drive adoption, reporting to the CPO and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success.

You’ll influence strategy and help shape the product’s impact for home service pros. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in product management, a user-centric mindset, and experience with agile development.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in product management with user-centric, agile practices.
• Experience building AI-powered products is a plus.
• User-centric mindset for great UX and product outcomes.
• Ambitious mindset to invent features with high impact.
• Data-driven approach with analytics and experiments.
• Resourceful and scrappy in early-stage environments; strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead product for a dedicated pod to build high-impact features loved by users.
• Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for agentic marketing products.
• Ship new features and drive adoption with sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Deeply understand customers through ongoing user research and collaboration.
• Communicate and document progress and learnings across the org.
• Report to the Chief Product Officer and help define product strategy.
