Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Commitments product to own the agentic product strategy and enable GRC teams to unlock new opportunities. You will translate customer needs into actionable experiences, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality AI-powered features that demonstrate leadership in trust management.

You will work with marketing, sales, and account management to scale adoption while maintaining a customer-centric approach and a learner’s mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Proven track record delivering SaaS/B2B and AI products.
Customer-focused mindset with ability to synthesize feedback.
Strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and account management.
Strong communication skills and a learner's mindset.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the agentic product strategy for Commitments.
Partner with marketing, sales, and account management on go-to-market to scale adoption.
Understand customers and translate needs into clear Agent experiences.
Deliver high-quality products addressing customer pain points and AI leadership.
Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow.
