Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent).
• Experience leading cross-functional product team(s) across a full product line: crafting product mission and strategy, coordinating resources, and driving milestones.
• Experience managing a product through the full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience to drive a step change in product performance and team effectiveness.
• Extensive understanding of analyzing large-scale data sets and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience integrating diverse requirements into a single coherent product strategy.
• Experience leading and motivating teams and influencing across an organisation.
• Strong communication with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.
• Experience identifying and hiring the right talent to build a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for leading and driving a complex product area.
• Define success, prioritize problems and identify strategies within wider context.
• Identify and drive consensus on prioritization and investment opportunities.
• Define product vision, develop a roadmap and drive progress against goals.
• Identify opportunities and resolve dependencies across adjacent product areas.

• Influence strategy across partner functions and align goals.
• Communicate product strategy and progress with radical clarity to stakeholders.
