Job summary

Meta is seeking experienced Product Managers to identify opportunities and drive product strategies across engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers. You will work cross-functionally to invent and execute initiatives that move quickly and deliver impact at scale.

You will define roadmaps, collect customer feedback, measure success with data, run AB tests and collaborate with legal, design and marketing to align with Meta’s mission. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management and/or Product Design experience.
• Experience navigating the full product life-cycle, including customer feedback into requirements and pre/post-launch execution.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Is the primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities and driving product strategies and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drives consensus across organizations, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies to improve user satisfaction and engineer productivity.
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products aligned with our mission.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and guide milestones.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success; drive decision-making through insights and AB testing.
• Maximize efficiency in a dynamic, creative environment.

Education

BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
