Job summary

PROS, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for PROS platform services in the airline revenue management space. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and executives to align opportunities with customer needs and market dynamics.

This role requires influencing stakeholders, agile experience, and a strong focus on portfolio metrics, growth, and cross-functional execution across office and home-office environments.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in the travel industry directly at airlines or software serving those industries with revenue management or group sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for a cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with software products and agile Scrum development.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and roadmap that drives growth for PROS platform services.
• Lead by influence to create buy-in for the product vision internally, externally, and with partners.
• Understand customers, users, markets, and technology to develop winning ideas.
• Coordinate between engineering teams and product managers to deliver integrated platform services.
• Work with engineering in an agile Scrum environment to manage the backlog efficiently.
• Track metrics to improve usage, operations, and financial health of the portfolio.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting the product portfolio's goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and services to keep product information current.
• Mentor PMs, APMs, and Product analysts.
