Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide governance and platform alignment across Cloud for Alphabet. You will connect technical and business worlds to translate needs into PRDs and roadmaps, driving end-to-end product delivery.

You will work with engineering, UX/UI, and finance teams to optimize developer productivity, platform adoption, and cost-efficiency initiatives, while shaping security and compliance requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of product management or related technical experience.
• 5 years in product management within developer tools, PDLC, or AI/ML products.
• 3 years taking technical products from concept to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for relevant governance and platform alignment.
• Establish automated governance, enterprise policy models, and FinOps initiatives.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Synthesize cross-cutting roadmaps into executive narratives.
• Define and track platform metrics like governance, efficiency, velocity, and adoption.
