Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics to own an agentic analytics platform. You will partner with platform engineers to build AI-powered data products used across Shopping, shaping data definitions, governance, and trusted outputs.

The role requires hands-on data experience, proficiency with the modern data stack, and the ability to prototype using AI tools. You will present a compelling vision to executives and lead cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data governance, semantic layers, and metrics.
• Familiar with modern data stack tools (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, Mode).
• Proven ability to adjudicate metric disputes and drive decisions.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools to test ideas (PoCs preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership to align executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that teams across Shopping depend on, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
• Set the boundaries for what agents can and can't do, and prove those boundaries hold in.
