Banner Engineering Corp is seeking a senior product leader to drive the Advanced Sensing portfolio within the Networking & Condition Monitoring unit. You will guide lifecycle management, plan growth, and align roadmaps with adjacent process sensing opportunities across industries.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management or related fields, strong market insight, and proven cross-functional collaboration. Travel is occasional; domestic focus with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in product management, application engineering, technical marketing, or business development.
• Proven success growing industrial technology product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of industrial sensing technologies and customer applications.
• Experience with market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and travel domestically, with occasional international trips.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Advanced Sensing portfolio and related growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps; expand into adjacent process sensing markets.
• Drive portfolio growth through enhancements and new offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
• Create product requirements and business cases for enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering through development and lifecycle management.
• Lead product launches including positioning, pricing, and enablement.
• Engage with sales, marketing, distributors, OEMs, and end users to identify growth.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, and adoption.
• Support annual planning and portfolio prioritization.
• Present portfolio insights to leadership and lead special projects.
