Senior Product Manager – Retail Media (NYC Hybrid)

Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Compensation: $140K–$160K base + $10K bonus

A global leader in digital advertising technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and grow a core product line supporting the explosive rise of retail media. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on a revenue-driving platform used by some of the world’s largest brands and agencies to manage their advertising campaigns across retail giants like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and Target.

The product sits at the intersection of performance marketing, eCommerce, and data-driven optimization. As the U.S.-based product lead, you’ll drive roadmap definition, partner closely with customers and internal teams, and shape the go-to-market strategy—while working closely with global engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle for a retail media-focused ad tech platform.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and translate insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure new features are launched successfully.
• Serve as the voice of the U.S. market and customers, working closely with a distributed product and engineering team.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within ad tech, ideally with exposure to retail media, programmatic platforms, or sponsored product ads.
• Strong communicator with experience engaging directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing roadmaps, defining features, and leading go-to-market efforts.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
