Senior Product Manager - AdTech - ADARA (Location: United States)

The Senior Product Manager at ADARA will oversee the Performance Marketing Solutions / Campaign Optimizing product, focusing on developing reporting, analytics, and optimization features for Adara's media products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and growth of the Consortium and Measurement Offering.

This position requires close work with commercial and engineering teams to identify customer needs across various paid media campaigns and channels. The Senior Product Manager will bridge technical and commercial teams, drive product strategy, and foster partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction. They will develop a clear product vision based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals, translating this into an actionable strategy.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding customer needs and translating them into product features.
  2. Collaborating with operations, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define requirements and create a product roadmap.
  3. Analyzing internal workflows to improve features and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and pain points.
  5. Communicating the product roadmap internally and externally, maintaining a backlog for Scrum processes.
  6. Prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
  7. Gathering feedback from customers and teams to identify improvements and new opportunities.
  8. Defining KPIs to measure product success.
  9. Coordinating product launches and ensuring market adoption.
  10. Developing product training for customer success and ad operations teams.
  11. Working with external partners to integrate third-party technologies into Adara's ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • 5 years of experience with DSP, Adserver, and broader ad tech ecosystem tools.
  • Knowledge of how Adtech and Martech overlap, especially in analytics and measurement.
  • Experience in managing media campaign performance and revenue growth.
  • Ability to understand both commercial and technical aspects of product development.
  • Proven skills in understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Intermediate SQL skills for data analysis in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with cloud applications or measurement products is a plus.
