Job summary

Madwire is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own multiple Marketing360 products, focusing on bridging advertising with the customer lifecycle from lead generation to CRM management. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to translate problems into concrete requirements and drive features into production.

The role covers CRM, Ads, Call Tracking, Forms, Email, Reputation, Analytics, and AI-powered tools, requiring strong communication and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Experience owning complex products through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and lead/customer lifecycle.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience with CRM workflows and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and day-to-day management across Marketing360 apps.
• Collaborate with engineering and design from discovery through release.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and actionable work.
• Shape the future of Ads and CRM products, linking lead gen to conversion data.
• Define success metrics and use data to validate improvements.
• QA work and stay involved through release lifecycle.
