Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a senior Product Manager for Experience Engineering & Platforms to lead roadmap strategy across Adobe-based transformations for enterprise clients in North America. You will coordinate multiple agile streams, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business outcomes and platform architecture, including AEM, Edge Delivery Services, and Adobe Commerce.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience in complex digital programs, ideally in a consulting or agency context.
• Deep domain expertise in headless/composable architecture and modern digital experience platforms.
• Adobe product fluency, with experience on AEM Sites, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce, Analytics and Target.
• Senior stakeholder management and executive communication, able to run steering committees and align sponsors.
• Cross-functional program leadership across front-end, platform, content ops and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level roadmap strategy across multiple agile teams and platforms (AEM Sites, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce).
• Own senior stakeholder relationships, translating architecture decisions into business outcomes.
• Drive value realization with measurable success criteria and ROI tracking for client programs.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and scope, negotiating changes and keeping delivery on track.
• Produce and govern platform strategy deliverables like assessments, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
