**Job Summary**The Senior Product Manager will develop features and products to improve the end-to-end consumer experience. This role includes cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on product development, with an emphasis on self-service in payment, account management, and servicing. This role plays a crucial role in driving the strategy, planning, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our products. They are responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives, ensuring a clear product vision and roadmap.**Essential Job Functions*** Own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with design and engineering teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for product differentiation and competitive positioning. - (30%)* Manage the prioritization and delivery of large-scale product features, guide product improvements, define business requirements, and ensure adherence to security policies and controls. - (25%)* Sets product performance metrics, conducts ongoing analysis, and drives improvements for customer experience and operational excellence. - (20%)* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
