Loop is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Intelligence product. You\'ll own the vision and strategy for a suite of intelligence solutions that transform complex supply chain data into actionable, decision-ready insights for Loop customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision: Set the narrative and strategy to deliver best-in-class supply chain and spend intelligence
- Ship undeniably useful products: Lead conception, strategy, execution, and launch of products that generate value and utility for customers on day 1
- Champion the customer: Crystallize market and customer insights into user jobs to be done, problems to solve, and use cases to enable
- Drive product velocity: Work closely with cross-functional partners in data, design, and engineering, driving effective alignment and decisions
- Push the innovation edge: Apply understanding of data modeling, analysis, and emerging AI/ML methods to experiment with and design modern self-serve analytics experiences
What We\'re Looking For
- You\'re a seasoned product manager with 5+ years of experience who has successfully taken analytics or data products from concept to market launch. You thrive in early-stage environments where you can work directly with EPD and GTM teams, translating complex technical capabilities into products that customers actually want to use.
- You\'re naturally curious about customer problems and excel at conducting research interviews that uncover the real jobs-to-be-done behind user requests. Your communication skills help you write clear requirements that keep cross-functional teams aligned, and you can tell compelling stories that rally people around a shared product vision.
- Most importantly, you have a growth mindset and approach problems with an innovation-first mentality. You\'re the type of person who sees complexity and immediately starts thinking about how to make it actionable for your customers and end users.
