Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Treatment Delivery Systems, with remote US work and <25% travel. You will define product direction, prioritize system features, and advocate for clinical workflows to drive product success across the lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop user needs and product backlog, support sales and marketing, and participate in interoperability testing with external products. Strong domain expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Medical Physics or closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical physics.
• Certification by ABR, CCPM, or equivalent (desired).
• 5+ years of experience with Varian delivery systems technologies: Halcyon, Ethos, TrueBeam, Edge, C-series.

Responsibilities

• Provide product definition for future advancements in the assigned portfolio, overseeing product development and design of advanced workflows in treatment delivery.
• Define and prioritize system features for the product portfolio.
• Serve as the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of clinical workflows and unmet needs.
• Develop and manage user needs, design input, and product backlog for new and modified features.
• Support sales, marketing and commercialization of the product portfolio.
• Demo products at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Contribute to business cases development for new products in the portfolio.

Qualifications:* Ph.D. in Medical Physics or closely related field.* 8+ years of experience in medical physics.
