YOUR ASSIGNMENT(should you choose us and we choose you!)

As the Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment & Driver Experience, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for the systems that power our delivery scheduling, dispatching, routing, and mobile driver app. You’ll work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Operations to optimize fulfillment workflows and improve driver satisfaction. Your work will directly impact delivery performance, marketplace dynamics, and the overall driver experience. Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:

• Drive Results: Own KPIs related to delivery performance, route optimization, and driver satisfaction.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a product vision that balances short-term performance gains with long-term platform scalability.
• Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship high-impact features that improve fulfillment reliability and the mobile driver experience.
• Optimization: Leverage machine learning and data-driven insights to improve scheduling, pricing, and dispatch efficiency.
• Customer Obsession: Advocate for our drivers by building intuitive tools that support retention, productivity, and engagement.
• Marketplace Performance: Monitor supply-demand dynamics and build products that drive balance and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful technology products
• Deep domain expertise in logistics, delivery, workforce management, or marketplace platforms
• Proven success with fulfillment, dispatching, routing, or scheduling tools
• Strong technical acumen, including collaboration with data science teams and using machine learning/AI-driven insights
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving roadmap priorities in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in mobile UX for on-the-go users, such as gig workers or delivery drivers
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for product discovery or analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with last-mile delivery, on-demand platforms, or gig economy logistics
• Familiarity with geospatial tools, real-time GPS tracking, and app-based fulfillment systems
• Ability to balance near-term impact with long-term vision and growth

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Computer Science, or a related field
