Hack The Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise Product team, based in Athens with hybrid in-office and relocation support. You will define and deliver data-centric products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and commercial priorities, delivering enterprise-grade experiences

Competenze

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams is a plus
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI tracking

Mansioni

• Lead discovery and delivery of data-centric features with high reporting tool adoption
• Define and implement an outcomes-oriented roadmap backed by KPIs
• Collaborate daily with Analytics and Data Engineering to translate raw data into product vision
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate value

The Core Mission of the Sr Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Product team, your mission is to define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations. You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex customer problems, drive product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role means balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities to build enterprise‑grade experiences that accelerate growth and strengthen customer retention.

• Europe(EoR-EmployeeofRecordthroughDeel)ORAthens,Greece(we'llsupportyourrelocation)
• If in Athens, Greece: Hybrid (2 days in office)
• Full time

Relocation

• We offer a 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary to support your move.
