Summary: The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Neuroscience Marketing is a key role on the Neuroscience Commercial Team and will report to the Senior Director, Neuroscience Marketing. The successful candidate will lead US marketing initiatives focused on driving customer conversion to help the Dysport team achieve near-term revenue goals that deliver on ambitious brand growth. Key promotional activities and responsibilities include yearly Dysport tactical planning, the development and execution of Injector training programs that leads to customer conversion. Included in the scope will be planning and execution of the Neuroscience Speakers Bureau, consistent tracking of KPIs associated with all responsible tactics, day to day sales team partnership, POA/NBM lead, and marketing budget management. The SPM will also be responsible for collaboration with training and field leadership to ensure best in class training for the field force. Cross-functional collaboration skills and proven track record of building and executing marketing project plans on time and on budget, in collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners will be critical in this role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500 - $187,000. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
