We are looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the development of RCM, EMR, Licensing, and/or Credentialing software products for Hardloop's primary client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Manage a collaborative environment with top designers and engineers to build breakthrough experiences and products that solve our users' most critical needs
• - Lead structural design of solution that will revolutionize the medical landscape in leveraging AI for innovation, execution and production solutioning
• - Organize the development and delivery of key product features for customer-facing products and internal tools:
• – Lead where the industry is going by designing modern tools and solutions for medical practices across the US
• – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and uncover untapped needs
• – Define and document product specifications including requirements, flowcharts, wireframes, product documents, etc.
• – Lead the Scrum process, including backlog management, stand-ups, and related activities
• – QA and test products to ensure the customer experience matches defined product specs
• – Measure and evaluate success by defining and tracking key metrics and analytics
• - Assess market competition by understanding industry trends and competing products

QUALIFICATIONS

• - 5+ years experience as a digital product manager, producer, or product owner of RCM, EMR, Licensing, Credentialing or other healthcare, financial, or accounting products, leading teams to deliver measurable results and shipping successful products to market which exceed user expectations
• - 2+ years delivering analytics-backed product leadership, combining business strategy with user needs
• - AI, AI, AI (it's 2026!) — Lead with the use of AI tooling to make product development more efficient while also embedding AI solutions within our products to move the industry
• - Strong background in healthcare financials, collections, revenue cycle management, clinician licensing, and/or credentialing
• - Experience and/or knowledge building integrations with clearinghouses (EDI 276, 277, CMS1500 etc)
• - Experience with Electronic Health Record systems and Salesforce (or other CRMs) a plus
• - Experience leveraging AI tools for prototyping, product management tasks, research, analytics, etc.
• - An awesome creativity and ability to understand instinctively how technology can better users' lives…and how it can't
• - Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
• - A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
• - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with all audiences
• - Experience with Agile software development methodology using Scrum, sprints, and JIRA
• - Experience with product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel) and data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau)
• - Working knowledge of technical concepts including programming, logic, databases, data distributed across multiple systems, etc.
• - Familiarity with third-party API concepts and integration including having used Postman, Claude code and similar
• - Comfort working in a remote environment
