The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, excels at turning abstract technical concepts into clear, actionable product plans, and is driven by a passion for solving real customer problems. This role goes far beyond managing a roadmap. You will help shape the vision and direction of our platform from the ground up. It’s a deeply collaborative and technical position that calls for curiosity, critical thinking, and sharp product instincts.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the product vision. Propose, validate, and execute on strategic product initiatives that align with company goals and customer requirements.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity: Take abstract technical concepts, especially those coming straight from our CEO, and turn them into clear, structured PRDs and project plans that engineering teams can execute on confidently.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with sales, engineering, and leadership to prioritize and deliver features. Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure product messaging and positioning align with market expectations. Must be comfortable presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solve with Empathy: Understand not just what customers are asking for, but why. Use those insights to challenge assumptions, identify creative solutions, and build features that truly matter.
• Own the Roadmap: Balance customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities to define a roadmap that maximizes impact and drives measurable outcomes.
• Execute with Precision: Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery. Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Ask the Hard Questions: Push back when necessary. Challenge the status quo. Collaborate without ego to get to the best idea in the room.

What You Bring

• Have 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or developer-focused tools.
• Bring a builder’s mindset with systems-level thinking. You’ll understand how cloud infrastructure, networking, and application layers connect and influence overall performance.
• Can turn technical ambiguity into clear documentation and execution plans.
• Represent the product in customer conversations, demos, and feedback sessions. Present roadmaps, new features, and product value clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring customer input informs product direction.
• Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and know how to collaborate effectively with strong-minded engineers and leaders to drive the best outcomes.
• Possess the confidence, resilience, and openness to engage in healthy debate. Believing that strong dialogue leads to smarter decisions and better outcomes.
• Can create structure where there is none.
• Thrive in high-autonomy environments and are eager to take ownership of problems and drive solutions.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with or exposure to technologies such as Kubernetes, GraphQL, Go, or observability platforms
• A background in development engineering or technical project management
• A natural curiosity and drive to invent new ways to solve old problems
• Prior experience using Aha! Roadmaps

Compensation

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. Compensation includes salary, stock, and discretionary bonus.
