Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to lead roadmap, pricing, packaging and documentation for new product ideas. You will use market and customer insights to shape the strategy and iterate on products.

You will own end-to-end SDLC coordination with engineering and design, drive value through AI-enabled enterprise solutions, and communicate vision to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes or mock UIs using generative AI and no-code/low-code tools.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing user stories.
• Conducting Voice of Customer interviews in complex B2B environments.
• Experience using GenAI tools to turn prompts into prototypes in constrained environments.
• Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and enterprise AI workflows.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible working as AI PM for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.


• Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.


• Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories.


• Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments.


• Technical Literacy: Mandatory hands-on experience using GenAI tools (vibe-coding) to turn prompts into functional prototypes in a constrained environment, using that artifact to validate requirements and reduce ambiguity for Engineering.


• AI Application: Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and constraints (context windows, hallucinations, RAG architectures, Agentic workflows) specifically as they relate to enterprise business processes.
