Job summary

Invivoscribe is seeking a Senior/Product Manager to lead strategic product marketing initiatives, including portfolio development, lifecycle management, and global launch planning. The role is full-time and based in San Diego, with responsibility for driving revenue and profitability across a high-complexity product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline with 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• MBA degree is highly advantageous.
• Experience across geographies or market segments.
• Prior oncology, MRD, NGS experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience with clinically regulated testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of high-complexity products and/or services from concept through maturity.
• Manage all commercial elements of the product lifecycle including planning, positioning, requirements development, launch, maintenance and post-market surveillance.
• Drive VoC programs and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and influence product priorities.
• Drive product pipeline growth by drafting proposals for new or enhanced products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop clinically relevant, high-quality products and services leveraging market research to define design requirements and prioritization.
• Develop sales enablement tools and train stakeholders on product positioning and messaging.
• Lead planning and execution of KOL engagement for major conferences and events.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns educating target audiences about value propositions and advantages.
• Manage technical documentation and labeling in various languages.

We are seeking aSenior/Product Manager. The Senior/Product Manager is responsible for leading strategic product marketing initiatives including portfolio development, lifecycle management, global launch planning, and optimization to drive revenue and profitability.

Headquartered in San Diego, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Invivoscribe develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of molecular and flow cytometry assays, reagents, controls, and bioinformatics tools under ISO 13485 design control. Our products and services support more than 700 clinical laboratories in over 160 countries.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategyfor a portfolio of high-complexity products and/or services, from concept through maturity.


• Manage all commercial elements of the product lifecycle including planning, positioning, product requirements development, product launch, product maintenance and post market surveillance for product portfolio.


• Drive voice-of-customer (VoC) programsand competitive intelligence initiatives to identify market opportunities and influence product development priorities.


• Drive product pipeline growth by identifying and drafting proposals for the Project Review Board for potential new and enhanced products and services.


• Serve as a cross-functional leader that oversees the development and evolution of clinically relevant, high-quality products and clinical services leveraging market research and competitive analysis to define design requirements and feature prioritization.


• Develop sales enablement tools and train key stakeholders on product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from the competition.


• Lead planning and execution of KOL engagement strategies for major conferences and industry events, including speaker selection, scientific messaging alignment, and post-event follow-up.


• Contribute to marketing campaigns that educate target audience on the unique value proposition and advantages of products and services.


• Manage technical documentation and labeling (in various languages).

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other related discipline with, typically, 5+ years of progressive marketing experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company. MBA degree is highly advantageous.


• Demonstrated success managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies or market segments.


• Prior oncology, MRD, NGS experience is highly advantageous.


• Experience with clinically regulated testing is advantageous.
