URBN is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Digital Product Team, focusing on the checkout experiences across our ecommerce platforms. You will uncover optimization opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data and lead large-scale strategic initiatives to keep transacting on URBN sites and apps best in class for customers.

You will partner with design, engineering, user research, marketing, and operations to drive outcomes, tackle ambiguous challenges, and deliver customer value

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping consumer digital products.
• Excellent communicator able to navigate ambiguity and communicate a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to build business cases is a must.
• Bonus if you've worked directly with Stripe and/or PXP in context of payment processing.

URBN is seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Product Team, with a focus on the set of products that support our checkout experience. You will be responsible for uncovering optimization opportunities (so quantitative and qualitative data analysis is a must) as well as for supporting large scale strategic initiatives that ensure transacting on the URBN eCommerce site and app(s) remain best in class for our customers.

To be successful in this role you should have the basics of being a PM down and you are ready to take on difficult, ambiguous projects where the solution is not always clear from the start. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with design, engineering, user research, marketing, and operations partners throughout the product development lifecycle to drive positive outcomes for our customers and businesses.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead – Demonstrate a high degree of ownership as you drive the ideation, development, and launch of digital products supporting your product roadmap.
• Align – Work across the enterprise to gather and align requirements in a manner that clearly prioritizes meaningful customer and business objectives.
• Analyze - Use information to inform your decision making. Integrate both qualitative and quantitative data (usability studies, market analysis, A/B test results) to assess opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Anticipate – Take the initiative to see around corners and help to solve problems before they impact the customer, business, and team.

Role Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping consumer digital products together with teams of designers & engineers.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to navigate ambiguity & communicate a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
• Detail oriented with organizational skills and ability to easily manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Technical and business acumen in a transaction-based domain strongly preferred. Bonus if you've worked directly with Stripe and/or PXP in context of payment processing.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to build business cases is a must
