Job summary

Suralink, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a fully remote, professional role with preference for the SLC area in UT.

You will own end-to-end product development, translating customer insights into a coherent roadmap across multiple B2B SaaS product areas, leveraging AI to accelerate decisions and outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering to ship impactful products that deliver measurable customer and business results while thriving in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS.
• Subject matter expertise in Audit or Tax is a bonus.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful results across 0-1 and scaling products.
• Leadership: you can inspire and align teams to goals.
• Bias for action: fast decision-making to maintain velocity.
• Embracing AI: leverage AI for insights, prototyping, and PRDs.
• Navigating ambiguity: risk-based decisions in high-ambiguity environments.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is relentlessly customer-obsessed and driven to deeply understand the needs of CPA firms, their users, and clients through direct engagement, discovery research, and rapid experimentation. You’ll translate those insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas, shaping how the industry works while accelerating Suralink’s growth.

You’ll own and execute the entire product development lifecycle, using data as a guide to move quickly with strong judgment, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful B2B SaaS products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Partnership: You’ll directly engage with current and future customers to gain a deep understanding of firm/user needs and market dynamics. Your customer obsession will serve as your north star.
• Discovery Research : You’ll utilize a strong tool belt of discovery methodologies to run experiments and analyze data to guide decision making.
• Strategy and Roadmap : With your expert knowledge of our customers, you’ll identify and shape the product initiatives that transform the way the CPA industry accomplishes their work and advances Suralink’s product strategy for multiple product areas across the product portfolio.
• Cross Functional Team Work : You’ll closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering to ensure our end-to-end ideation and execution is aligned, informed, and set up for success.
• Product Evangelism : You’ll become an expert in Suralink’s product to champion how use cases, product capabilities, and value connect to drive internal team knowledge and customer adoption that results in both Suralink and customers realizing business KPIs.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS.

• Proven Success: You have a track record of delivering impactful results across both 0-1 and scaling products.
• Leadership: You can inspire and align those around you to achieve common goals.
