Job summary

ARQ is hiring Product Managers to lead critical products across payments, credit, and growth. You will own meaningful product areas from discovery to delivery, working directly with founders, engineers, and designers to build financial products used by millions of people.

You will be given real ownership from day one, setting the bar for product quality at ARQ and driving rapid execution in a fast-moving fintech environment.

• Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, shipping impactful products.
• Strong data instincts; defines metrics before you build and uses them to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area from idea to feature.
• Drive product execution with speed alongside engineers, designers, and operators to launch.
• Deeply understand users, behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data and interviews.
• Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Lead partnerships with external providers when relevant to your domain.
• Contribute to ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across the team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive product execution with speed alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and operators - and do whatever it takes to launch.
• Deeply understand our users, their behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data, customer interviews, and market insights.
• Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and validate every decision.
• Lead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, data vendors - when relevant to your domain.
• Contribute meaningfully to the development of ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across our team.
